He was predeceased by: his parents, John T Toher and Marjorie E Toher (Tingley). He is survived by: his siblings, John Toher (Barbara) of Lexington, KY, Mark Toher (Barbara Burek), James Patrick Toher (Kim) of Portland, OR, Mary Sullivan (Andrew Timothy) and Margaret Wecker; and his nieces and nephews, John Toher, Jack Sullivan, Paul Wecker, Merry Toher, Katherine Wecker and Kelly Wecker.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to support the Lung Transplant Program.
