She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert L. Winters and Amie L. Winters (Slocum); and her brother Albert "Sonny" Winters of Providence. She is survived by: her husband Charles K. Baxter of North Kingstown, RI.; her children, Charlie Baxter Jr. of North Providence, Patricia Leal (William Leal Jr.) of Coventry, Sharlene Griffin of Coventry and Christine Rawnsley (Martin Rawnsley) of North Kingstown; and her sisters, Eve C. Edwards of Groton, CT, Ann Tetrault of Coventry, Barbara A. Baxter of Warwick and Geraldine A. Baxter of Providence. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren.
