With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia A. Howard of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles H. Howard, Sr.; and her parents, Edwin J. Hoxsie, and Ann Hoxsie, Sr. (Verrier). She is survived by: her sons, Charles H. Howard, Jr. and Gregory J. Howard; her grandchildren, Matthew Howard, Charles Howard, III (Lauren), Andrew Howard (Kaitlin), Mark Howard, Jonathan Howard, Ryan Howard and Alexis Howard; and her great grandchildren, Charles H. Howard, IV, Cameron Howard, Brooke Howard and Maeve Howard.
