He was predeceased by: his parent Donald J. MacDonald. He is survived by: his spouse Paula Meredith MacDonald (Farrow); his parent Rita S. MacDonald (Chamberlain); his brother Don; his children, Jonathan D. MacDonald (Jill) and Meredith L. MacDonald-Piacenti (Chad); his grandchildren, Joshua D. MacDonald, Jacob K. MacDonald, Merryn S. Foss, Anthony Piacenti and Michael Piacenti; and his siblings, Donald J. MacDonald, Jr. and Dorothy S. MacDonald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
