He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Quigley and Sandra Quigley (Wright); and his sibling Dale Quigley. He is survived by: his spouse Birgit Quigley (Rehling); his children, Michael C. Quigley of North Kingstown and Jennifer C. Quigley (Scott Briggs) of Charlestown; his stepdaughter Sarah E. Martin; his grandchildren, Guinevere P. Quigley, Brayden Irick, Kian C. Briggs-Quigley and Arya C. Briggs-Quigley; and his siblings, Derrek Quigley, Beth Bennett, Erica VanDeusen, Beckisue Quigley, James Quigley and Rhonda Beckwith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
