She is survived by: her children, Jennifer H. Devine, Melissa K. Devine, William "Bill" R. Devine, Jr. (Melissa) and Edward "Ted" F. Devine of Bellingham, WA.; and her sister Maureen Gallant of Las Vegas, NV.
