He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arlene R. Phillips (Harrison); his parents, Frank and Olive Phillips, Sr. (Pring); his children, Walter "Brick" W. Phillips (Kelly), John M. Phillips, Merrilee D. Walker (Robert Hastings) and Michael H. Taylor (Kim); his grandchildren, Garrett, Wyatt, Bryce, Rebecca and Rachael; and his siblings, Frank Phillips, II, Nancy Gregory and Julie Rathbun.
