He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne E. Powers; his parents, Charles Lotocki and Ann Miller; his daughters, Deborah Lotocki and Suzanne Lotocki-Kimbro (Kris); his stepsons, Scott (Karen), Randy (Vicki) and Kevin Silveira; his grandchildren, Ryan, Andrew, Samantha, Ashley Silveira, Brittany and Justin Stankiewicz; and his siblings, James Miller of Michigan, Chas Lotocki of Florida and Richard Lotocki of New York City.
