He is survived by: his parent Doris Reels (Stanton); and his children, Gilbert "Ganzs" Whitford of Newport, Dean Reels, Darrell Reels, Cindy Perry, Doriene Reels of Virginia, Danny Perry, Todd Perry, Darin Reels of Pawtucket and Dwayne Reels. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
