She was predeceased by: her son Stephen J. Raposa; her grandson Stephen J. Leach; and her sister Elsie Maakstead. She is survived by: her husband George L. Silva; her children, Marlene K. Galitskie (Paul) and Gail F. Ficazzola (Rocco); her grandson Warren Leach; her great grandchild Juliana; and her siblings, Francelina Mello of Middletown, Margaret Shepley, Mary Gernhardt, Manuel, Joseph and George Roderigues. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
