He was predeceased by: his brother Roger S. Sherman. He is survived by: his children, Edwin R. Sherman (Nancy) of North Kingstown, Kathy Hainsworth (William) of Gotha, FL and Donna McShane (Donald) of Layton, UT; his brother Franklin F. Sherman of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Kara McShane, Lisa Bentz and Mason Sherman; and his sibling Jean King. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mr. Sherman's memory to one's favorite charity would be appreciated.
