He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Milner and Eleanor Milner. He is survived by: his wife Mary McDonagh; his children, Daniel Milner and Catherine Milner; and his siblings, Paula D'Ambra (Gary), Daniel Milner (Pat), Eileen Tobin and Ann Milner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
