He is survived by: his wife Gerry Fitzpatrick of Warwick; his children, Donald Fitzpatrick (Anne) of Portland, Mary Jean Crouter (Jerry) of Portland, Anne Fitzpatrick Laffey (Mark) of Walpole and John Fitzpatrick (Margaret) of Wellesley; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Fitzpatrick (Peter) of Long Island; his sister Maureen Clark of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.; and his caregiver Don. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren, six stepchildren, twelve step-grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren.
