He is survived by: his children, Mark Brackenbury (Paula) of Bellefonte and Tammy Lambert (Joseph) of North Kingstown; his granddaughters, Madison Lambert, Jennifer Chernichaw (Adam) and Kelli Frattini-Adams (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Jackson Chernichaw, Riley and Aubrey Adams.
