He was predeceased by: his parent Anthony DiGioia; and his sibling Terri DiGioia. He is survived by: his spouse Gail S. DiGioia (Pearson); his parent Rita DiGioia (Annunziata); his children, John A. DiGioia, Jr. and Amy K. Dziedzic; his stepchildren, Michael W. Connors and Kristin M. Giard; his grandchildren, Kelsey Johnston, Daniel Johnston, Indarra DiGioia, Ruby Connors and Zoe Dziedzic; and his siblings, Sandra Williamson, Mariann DiGioia, Anthony DiGioia, Cathy Schulbaum and Michael DiGioia.
