He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Anna J. Cook (Doyle); his parents, Lewis O. Cook and Mary I. Cook; his children, Dana M. Cook, Deborah A. Linehan (Terry) and Phillip LaVallee; his grandchildren, Amanda LaVallee, Danielle LaVallee, Christopher LaVallee, Brody Linehan and Shane Linehan; and his daughter-in-law Dawn LaVallee.
