It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Yoshiko Matthews of Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away at the age of 94, on September 12, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Yoshinao Suzuki and Taki Suzuki (Onozawa); her husband James Matthews; the father of her children James Craft; and her son-in-law Russell Babbitt.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Craft (Michelle) of Middletown and Christine Babbitt of Bridgewater, MA.; her grandchildren, John Bruchhagen of Las Vegas, NV, Sara Craft of Providence, Tamara Alejandro of West Islip, NY and Kelley Alexander of Kennesaw, GA.; and her stepgrandchildren, Christina Viera of Chepachet and Allison Viera of Middletown. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
