He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen A. Mahanke; his parents, William "Wiggie" and Bridget "Bridie" Brown; his sisters, Eileen Brown and Jane Duffy; his children, Timothy Brown (Maryellen Atkins), Alana Brown (Edwood Jones) and Clare Brown; his sister-in-law Elaine Mahanke; and his sister Sara Brown. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
