He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas F. Kelly Sr; and his brother Robert Kelly (Larry). He is survived by: his parent Anna Kelly (Hamilton); his wife Joan Kelly (Crowley); his grandchildren, Colleen Emerson and Christopher Emerson; his siblings, Richard Kelly, Joan Kelly of Newport, Patricia Martin, Michael Martin of Newport, David Kelly and Maryann Kelly of Westport, MA.; and his grandson John Downes. He is also survived by his three daughters and son in laws.
