He was predeceased by: his wife Teri; and his sister Dorothy of New Britain. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Polaske (Kathleen) and Lisa P McCurdy (Craig) of Newport, RI.; his grandchild Thomas Polaske (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Philip of Milton, MA, Spencer Polaske (Kelsey) of Stamford, CT, Eric McCurdy (Elisabeth), Tess Blauzvern (David) of Jamestown, RI and Quinn Camacho (Sebastian) of New York, NY.; and his brother Eugene Polaske of Berlin.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes (332 Burritt St, New Britain, CT 06053). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (485 Alling St, Berlin, CT 06037).
