It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard O'Louglin (Newport, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 26, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Anna O'Loughlin (Winsor); his parent Rollie L.; his children, Richard L. O'Loughlin, Jr. and Debra L. Clark; and his brother David O'Loughlin.
He is survived by: his parent Doris O'Loughlin (Lannon); his daughters, Diane D. Allard and Lisa A. Berube; and his siblings, Kevin O'Loughlin, Alan O'Loughlin, Linda Meaker and Kerry Johnson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
