With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Phelan (Newport, Rhode Island), who passed away on March 29, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Marissa Hoover (Jeremy) and Johna Marie Parkinson; her grandchildren, Blake Parkinson and Isabella Hoover; her siblings, Ann Flynn (William), John J. Phelan Jr. (Patricia), Marie Eckler, Patricia A. Phelan, Susan McDermott (John) and Thomas S. Phelan; and her brother-in-law Joseph Eckler. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
