Newell M. Stultz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Newell M. Stultz of Newport, Rhode Island, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 12, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Washburn Stultz and Marjorie Stultz (MacEachern); and his wife Elizabeth Stultz (Olckers). He is survived by: his children, Elliot Stultz and Amy Kormos of Lexington, MA; and his brother Gardner Stultz. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
His research was supported at different times by the Ford Foundation, The Rockefeller Foundation, and The Heinz Endowments.
