It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha C. Jackson of Newport, Rhode Island, born in Stamford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bulgaria and Dionisey; and her son Jonathan Roy Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Rev. David V. Jackson; her daughters, Joy Jackson Marchione (Nicola) of Walpole and Susan Faith Mayer (James) of North Attleboro; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Jackson, Christina Bensley, Carley Jackson, Riley Marchione, Sara Marchione, Rachel Mayer and Christian Mayer; and her great grandchildren, Tristan Bensley, Kai Bensley, David Jackson and Christiana Jackson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
