She was predeceased by: her spouse Lt. Francis Gibbs Palmer; and her siblings, Dorothy Palmer, H. Blake Sullivan and Mortimer A. Sullivan Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Margaret F. Palmer (William V. Cooney Jr.) of Longboat Key, FL; her grandchildren, Timothy L. Sullivan III (Katie) of Boston, MA, Kathleen S. Martens (Christopher) of Norwalk, CT, Shannon Taliercio (Christopher) of Ho-Ho, NJ, Liam Cooney (Jessica) of Wilton, CT, Coleman Cooney of Philadelphia, PA, Siobhan Collins (Joseph) of Methuen, MA and Dane Cooney (Christine) of Harwich, MA; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Sullivan. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.
