Jeffreys; her siblings, Barbara Walmsley, Shirley Jeffreys, Roberta Royster, Debra Jones and Julian Royster, Jr.; her stepdaughter Linda A. Harris; her son Charles E. Weeden, Jr.; and her brothers, Alfred Sebastian and Robert Sebastian.
