He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Crookes and Kathleen Crookes (O'Brien). He is survived by: his brothers, Arthur (Annie), Dennis (Carol), Patrick and John (Barbara). He is also survived by two aunts, an uncle, many nieces & nephews, along with many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the James W. "Cornbread" Crookes Memorial Bench Fund, to place a park bench in Spencer Park as a tribute to our beloved brother and friend.
