He was predeceased by: his parents, James Teehan and Mary Blake Teehan; and his siblings, John Teehan (Nancy) and Kathleen Holder (Kitty). He is survived by: his sister Julia Lowery of Newport News, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
