With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Connolly (Newport, Rhode Island), who passed away on July 3, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Gertrude T. Connolly; his daughters, Kristen (Heather Connolly) of West Warwick and Katelyn (Gianni Petteruti) of Newport; his grandchildren, Gian, Owen and Maryrose Petteruti; his sister Mary C. Connolly of Newport; his brother-in-law James E. Clancy of Tiverton; and his nephew John St. Jacques.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sail to Prevail in Ed's memory, would be greatly appreciated.
