He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Church Windley and Alice Sands Windley. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl D. Windley; his children, Samuel Windley, Timothy Windley, Micah Windley and Abigail Windley; his grandson Owen Windley; and his siblings, Daniel Windley Jr., Scott Windley, Winifred Augeri and Barbie Renee Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
