Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Tingley and MaryJane Tingley (Heller). He is survived by: his friend John Allan; and also Larry Peckham.
A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Newport Memorial Park (123 Howland Ave, Middletown, RI 02842).
