He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Golden and George Henry Sullivan. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Dallinger; his siblings, Geoffrey Sullivan, Stephen Sullivan and Lori Hallaran; and his significant other Barbara Rose Mako. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
