He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara "Bobbie" Bell (Fitzgerald) and Arthur R. Bell Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Bell and Kelsey Bell Bannon; his son-in-law Paul Bannon; his sister Lisa Bell; his significant other Leslie Costic; and his granddaughter Madison Bannon.
