He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Napoli and Maria Napoli (Voci); his wife Rose DeSantis; and his siblings, Nicholas, John and Angela.
He is survived by: his children, Maria Johnson (James), Anne Smeglin (Anthony), Stephen Napoli (MaryAnn), Joseph "Jay" Napoli (Michaela) and Elizabeth McCaffery (Kevin); his brother Col. Joseph F. Napoli; and his children, Nap, Rose and Newport. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
Due to the conditions associated with Covid-19, funeral services will be private.
