She is survived by: her children, Robert Curtis Phelps (Kerri Florian) of Brooklyn, NY, Lisa Addie Phelps Bergeron of Warwick and Heidi Jeanne Phelps (Erdem Dedebas) of Washington, DC; her grandchildren, Andrew Bergeron and Tolan Phelps; and her siblings, Sally Poland of Wakefield, Linda Brown of Wakefield, Curtis Eaton of Narragansett and Howard Eaton of Narragansett.
