He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Violet O'Brien; his parents, William O'Brien and Madeline O'Brien (Manning); his children, Michaela Gardner (Bill) and Paul O'Brien; his grandsons, Billy (Kayla), Graham (Michelle) and Max Gardner (Etaysia); and his great grandchildren, Grace Violet, Ryan and Liam Gardner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Thomas More Church (53 Rockland St, Narragansett, RI 02882). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ri Veterans Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
