She was predeceased by: her spouse Cosmo Manfredi, Sr.; her parent John Pukas; her daughter-in-law Nancy Manfredi; and her siblings, Edward, Anthony, Sophie, Gladys, Bertha Pukas, Josephine Carsten and Pauline Dubrowski.
She is survived by: her parent Mariana Pukas; and her sons, Cosmo Manfredi, Jr. of Narragansett, Joseph Manfredi (Margaret) of Westerly and Richard Manfredi of Westerly. She is also survived by grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hope Hospice RI in Viola's memory.
