He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Magill and Mary Alice Magill (Carr); and his sisters, Sarah Sally Szumita and Mary Alice Waterhouse. He is survived by: his wife Susan Magill (DiLucido); his sons, Timothy Carr Magill Jr. (Christen) of Cumberland and Christopher Carr Magill (Jodi) of Cumberland; and his grandchildren, Christopher (CJ), Connor, Cooper and Raeghan.
