He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Haxton and Elizabeth F. Haxton (McGuinness); and his brothers, Thomas C. Haxton, Jr. and Ronald E. Haxton. He is survived by: his siblings, Florence McGreen (Haxton) and John J. Haxton.
