He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Russell and Edith Russel (McPhail). He is survived by: his wife Paula Russell (Cardinal); his daughter Lori A. Russell of Dedham, MA; his brother John Russell; and his sister-in-law Gail Russell (Cardinal). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many dear friends.
