He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Guy and Elsie Guy (Colwell). He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Guy (Angrisani); and his children, Stephen P. Guy of Narragansett, Michael J. Guy (Victoria) of Ashley Falls, MA and Georgia Anne Carr (Guy) of Englewood, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
