He is survived by: his sons, Kevin V. Mongillo (Matthew Fortin) of Cumberland, Michael Mongillo of Westerly, Christian P. Mongillo of Mansfield, MA and Joseph P. Mongillo of Narragansett; his grandchildren, Ava, Nelida, Leah, Andrew and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Andrew Jr., Hazel and Juniper; his close friend Linda Mongillo; and his pet Chico.
