With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Catherine Buchanan (Narragansett, Rhode Island), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on December 18, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Judy (Col Robert C.); and her brothers, Frank J. Herrmann and John T. Herrmann (Suzy). She is survived by: her children, Paul, Nancy, Elaine, Charles, James (Anne), Robert, Jr. (Patti) and Kerry; her parents, Francis Herrmann and Catherine Herrmann (Coleman); her sister-in-law June Herrmann; and her wife Alter Society. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and 5 nieces and nephews.
