He is survived by: his wife Maria Perrotta (Mainelli); his children, Steven Perrotta of Cranston, Louis Perrotta, Jr. (Else) of Foster, Thomas Perrotta (Dawn) of Cranston, Robert Perrotta (Sandra) of Johnston and Richard Perrotta (Deborah) of Cranston; his grandchildren, Christopher, Danielle, Sarah, Sophia, Olivia, Matthew, Anthony, Cassondra, Bobby and Isabella; and his brother Albert Perrotta (Elaine) of Florida. He is also survived by children, grandchildren.
