He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blair and Opal Blair (Knoles); and his siblings, Jerry James Blair, William Allen Blair and Frances Elen Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Blair (Vandall); his children, Heather Lynne Ingram (Raymond) and Roy James Blair (Kellie); and his granddaughters, Vanessa Marie Blair and Abby Ellen Pettingill-Blair.
