He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mulholland and Helen Mulholland (Downs); and his brother William Mulholland (Billy). He is survived by: his wife Ann Mulholland (Lockwood); his children, Patrick (Karen) of Narragansett and Alison Cavallo (Jeffrey) of Warwick; his grandsons, Callen Mulholland (Bop) and Jude Cavallo; and his siblings, Helen Pernicone (Alfred) of South Kingstown and John Mulholland (Rae) of Warwick.
