She was predeceased by: her former husband Nicholas A. DiCarlo; and her parents, Joseph Rachiele and Pearl Rachiele (Belluscio). She is survived by: her spouse Lee Vick; her children, Nicole Pike of Smithfield and Ashley Vick of Providence; and her grandchildren, Alexis Beck of Smithfield, Jenna Pietro of Cranston, Cullen Pike and Nicholas Pike of Smithfield. She is also survived by Her husband, daughter, stepdaughter, and grandchildren.
