She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Carter and Elwood Carter; and her sister Lee Carter Bozeman. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Kelleher and Trish Kelleher (Tim Parke); her grandchildren, Sydney Parke and Tess Parke; and her brother Woody Carter.
Kathie requested no flowers, but welcomed memorial gifts in her name sent to the Friends of Canonchet Farm.
