He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Aguirre (Gonzalez); his stepparent Carmen Aguirre; and his child Rhiannon Colleen Aguirre-Bates. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Aguirre (Kelly); his father Jose Aguirre of Spain; his daughter Siobhan Aguirre (Will Roberts) of Narragansett; his granddaughters, Brooklyn Raine Aguirre-Bates and EmmaJeanne Aguirre; and his siblings, Emilio Aguirre (Nick Yu) and Emma Aguirre of New York.
