He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Zelenak and Mary Zelenak (Daum); and his sibling Shirley Book. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne L. (Merritt); his children, David M. Zelenak (Nicole) of Narragansett, Beth A. Allain (Todd) of Plymouth, NH and Steven J. Zelenak of Coventry; and his grandchildren, Michael, Abigail Zelenak, Aquinnah, Maddox, Addison Allain, Logan Zelenak and Ethan Theroux.
